Theresolutionstobetabledatthemeetingmayincludearesolutiontoappointa

creditors’committeeoftheCompany.Themeetingattendeeswillalsoreceivean

explanationofthecurrentcircumstancesoftheCompany,includingtheactionstakenby

theLiquidatorsincehisappointment.Themajorityrequiredtopassaresolutionatthe

meetingisnotlessthan50%invalueoftheclaimsofthoseattendinginpersonorbyproxy.
