NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL(Pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance)

Passed on 10th day of October,2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that,the Company hasapproved,by special resolution of the sole member(the“Special Resolution”)duly passed on 10th October 2023,areduction of the share capital of the Company fromUSD2,567,300 to USD10,000 by extinguishing andcancelling 2,557,300 issued shares.

The Special Resolution and the solvency statement made byall directors of the Company are available for inspectionduring office hours at the Company's registered office atSuite No.1201,Tower 1,China Hong Kong City,33 CantonRoad,Tsim Sha Tsui,Kowloon,Hong Kong.

Any member of the Company who does not consent to orvote in favour of the Special Resolution or any creditor ofthe Company may,at any time within 5 weeks after the dateof the Special Resolution,apply to the Court under Section220 of the Companies Ordinance for cancellation of theSpecial Resolution.
